ABSTRACT
Objective:The implantation period of gestation is a complex process in which numerous molecular pathways play role. The Janus kinase/signal transducers and activators transcription (JAK/STAT) pathway one the evolutionarily conserved cascades used to transduce multitude signals for several biological events such as uterine receptivity.Previous studies have indicated that disrupted by lack proteins involved this pathway. However, our literature knowledge showed there no study evaluated expression JAK/STAT signaling pathwayassociated during period. This investigated patterns pathway-associated rats immunohistochemical (IHC) staining according gestational days. Methods:In study, thirty Wistar Albino weighing 250-300 g, without any problems their menstrual cycles, were used. The pregnant animals sacrificed on 4 th , 5 6 days histochemical IHC analysis performed tissues taken from these animals. Results: In protein JAK1, JAK2, JAK3, STAT2, STAT3, STAT4, STAT5, STAT6 belonging was surface epithelium, gland structures, antimesometrial region, cells immune system, myometrium, mesometrial region decidual cells, are associated with process. The result evaluation reveals levels vary different implantation-related structures. Conclusion:This indicates can function actively regulation immunological response uterus embryo-uterus interaction rats. However, findings obtained advanced research be treating recurrent pregnancy failures enhancing assisted reproductive technology.
