ABSTRACT
Cystic echinococcosis is an important zoonotic disease that occurs in humans and mammals general, which causes considerable economic loss poses health concerns different parts of the world.The patient involved this case report was a 28-year old man living Birjand city who had been suffering from intermittent headache, nausea vomiting for past two weeks.The other symptoms presented by were dizziness, blurred vision, seizures imbalance.The only complained headache last weeks no visual or speech impairment.He history consuming raw vegetables, but did not have canine contact.In brain computed tomography magnetic resonance imaging, large cyst evident his brain.The admitted to Razi Hospital followed-up surgical treatment hydatid cyst, with complications observed.
