On Legendrian foliations in contact manifolds I: Singularities and neighborhood theorems

In this note we study several aspects of coisotropic submanifolds a contact manifold.In particular give structure theorem for the singularity characteristic foliation submanifold.Moreover establish existence and uniqueness results germs structures near Legendrian foliations, which is special case submanifold.This paper can be thought as an attempt to generalize surfaces in three-dimensional geometry higher dimensions.1 The flat general does not respect linear on normal bundle.See Section 2.2 more details.
