ABSTRACT
Background: Modification of some crude extracts have improved the stability, functional properties and process ability their bioactive. Objective: To fabricate bioactive from Securidaca longipedunculata root bark compare its activities with extract. Methods: Modified extract was fabricated using microencapsulation freeze-drying technique, evaluated. Results: Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy evaluation showed similar leading peaks in extracts, indicating absence chemical alteration modification. Energy-Dispersive X-ray (EDX) revealed no new detectable element EDX extract, similarities extracts. Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) flatbed surface observed particles, while SEM distinct, larger sharp-edged structural changes In comparison to controlled dissolution, starting lower dissolution over 30 min, on higher after 45 min. At 20 – 100 mcg / ml actives, Vitamin E 60 80 % lipid peroxidation, both 12 that modification did not significantly alter antioxidant efficacy material. Conclusion: The physicochemical biological promise fast delivery There is need for further vivo studies ascertain therapeutic potential this form.
