The article presents possible understandings about how the exercise of Social Rights affects subjective and therapeutic processes black people, in clinic Psychology, linked to Brazilian Public Policies.Subsidized by records experiences -28 clinical cases follow-up, institutional documents, field diary, images, among others -through epistemology a method inspired post-structuralism, it maps way discourse Rightseducation, health, food, work, housing, transportation, leisure, security, social maternity child protection assistance destitute -emerges materials provides elements think subjects produce lead themselves life as beings.Through results, proposes three centers analysis: 1) Historical effects racism on white bodies; 2) Diagnosis mental disorders for blacks racism; 3) Other specificities treatment population.
