ABSTRACT
Aim: Pericardial fluid composition changes in coronary artery disease. This study aims to investigate interleukin 33 (IL 33), total antioxidant status (TAS), oxidative stress (TOS), and index (OSI) levels the pericardial blood plasma of patients who have undergone bypass surgery contribute understanding pathophysiology disease.Material Methods: In study, IL 33, TAS, TOS, OSI were determined 40 had surgery, relationship between these parameters was investigated. Results: level (51.44 pq/mL) found be higher than Plasma (32.31 pq/mL).A significant positive correlation TOS (p<0.01).A negative TAS (p<0.01).Discussion: low with disease.A indicates that is specific heart tissue passes from space.TOS caused by cellular during inflammation arteries directly triggered OSI.IL may increased prevent damage cells due OSI.This shows us can reflect physiological biochemical heart, therefore used for diagnostic therapeutic purposes.
