ABSTRACT
Hammer toe and claw deformities are common in the geriatric age group significantly impair patients' quality of life.There numerous treatment options, ranging from conservative to surgical.A patient may have or hammer deformity for a variety reasons.In this case report, we present first instance occurring two adjacent toes on same foot young male patient.
