ABSTRACT
Cell therapy is among the main methodological approaches in regenerative medicine. Its effectiveness determined by use of cell cultures containing largest available number viable cells. An important role this process played growth factors that ensure proliferation and differentiation. Both recombinant proteins native from various biological fluids may be used as factors. Blood platelets, being anucleate cells, are a promising source Along with their blood clotting function, platelets contain unique molecules alpha granules, i.e., mediators involved immune response, inflammation regeneration processes. The major families present are: platelet-derived (PDGF), transforming (TGF-β), vascular endothelial (VEGF), epithelial (EGF), fibroblast (FGF), insulin-like (IGFs). PDGF family includes several subtypes: PDGF-AA, PDGF-BB, PDGF-AB, PDGF-CC, PDGF-DD. PDGF-BB has high angiogenic, chemotactic mitogenic activity. It takes part migration interstitial cells organs, smooth muscle respiratory tract, development cerebral vessels renal glomeruli. aim our study was to examine content factor platelet lysates obtained healthy donors. Platelet lysate complex cocktail many factors, cytokines, chemokines. concentration specific final product concentrate different for each donor, and, apparently, depends on age, gender, type other individual differences. When choosing additive culture, biologist should focused trophic most closely matches goals given experiment. additives culture medium justified precise dosage these components. However, natural sources more preferable, due presence required vitro expansion highly cellular cultures. According results, optimal obtaining fibroblasts, mesenchymal multipotent stem growth-inducing female donors Bα (III) group, male Aβ (II) groups which highest PDGF-BB.
