ABSTRACT
Plants have been among the primary natural sources used in traditional medicine, both past and present. Due to many advantages they offer compared synthetic drugs, interest medicinal plants is rapidly increasing not only worldwide but also our country. This study has conducted with aim of identifying Kurna Village its surroundings. As a result fieldwork during flowering periods plants, 40 plant taxa belonging 39 genera from 21 families were identified. Family Asteraceae notable having highest number 7 taxa, followed by Lamiaceae 5 Brassicaceae, Boraginaceae Fabaceae each 3 taxa. The scientific names, parts areas use concerning determined presented. We hope that presented data will provide guidance local people, raise awareness on floral diversity, add relevant literature.
