Objectives: The contradictory nature of the impact instability modern economic, social and political events in Ukraine world 2022 acquired mostly negative features, which has already affected parameters development state business sector.Currently, economic security Ukrainian enterprises depends on ways chosen by management companies to save business, effectiveness decisions compensate for effects threats from external internal environment, macro side stimulating supporting regulatory measures.Methods/Approach: study tools ensuring relocated determines need use fundamental principles science: regional-spatial economics (from standpoint relocation opportunities) entities, aggregate involves theoretical methodological approaches, special scientific methods.In particular, methods abstraction synthesis are used identify group main enterprises, systematize opportunities ensure under martial law; modelling method was improve organizational mechanism managing war conditions.Results: According results conducted research, identified, characteristic have a critical level business; an analysis trends recovery activity systematization achievement were carried out; promising directions regulation support proposed; current algorithm, levels program dangerous temporarily occupied regions context their been studied.Conclusions: Based set necessary measures, cycle is determined; author's approach conditions military operations proposed.
