ABSTRACT
Ocean gas hydrate is a potentially efficient and clean oil alternative energy resource. Wells with complex structure, such as horizontal wells, can improve the extraction efficiency; however, drilling operations face challenges wellbore instability reservoir damage due to interaction between fluids reservoirs. This work presents ceramsite temporary plugging microcapsule that uses modified by 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane core material chitosan sodium alginate shell materials. It exhibits high strength during excellent effects. After action of bioenzymes, it easily be dissolved, leading permeability post-drilling. The analysis performance evaluation microcapsules show their particle size generally 40 μm, which match pore depending on number encapsulation layers. Bioenzyme optimization at 15 ◦C yields best recovery 74.5% for low-temperature composite enzyme. As temperature rises, rate ceramic gradually increases difference in 5 25 becomes more significant. With longer degradation time, enhances smaller after 12 h. exhibit specific inhibitory effect decomposition hydrates. Utilizing bioenzyme- responsive materials establish an "isolation barrier" around wellbore, effectively sealing off process. Re-opening flow path well bio-enzymatic unblocking end proves effective solving problem balancing stability wall protecting reservoir.
