The study was aimed to explore effect statins in cardiovascular diseases- chronic stable angina, acute coronary syndrome post PTCA patients by monitoring lipid profile. conducted Cardiology department Queen’s NRI Hospital. This is prospective, non-interventional observational 100 population attending OPD & IPD Hospital were recruited into with their informed consent. research reported that male prevalence (63%) out female (37%) CSA 15%, 21%, ACS 64% from total estimation study. By using Paired T test mean difference, estimated variance, standard error statistic, critical calculated comparison between statistic value. greater than t value alternate hypothesis accepted taking level significance α = 0.05 p less there significant change profile parameters hence statistically positive outcome.
