ABSTRACT
Mobility is a complex transportation consisting of not only frames but also seats, sensors, and steering systems.Among them, the frame an important structure that determines safety performance device as part supports load by combining all other components receives external impact.It necessary to study skeletal design mobility devices achieve safe simple structure.This proposed conceptual method for frame.An optimized was investigated multiple loads using topology optimization technique in automotive parts design.Finite element modeling conducted measuring actual model, finite analysis (FEA) performed.Post-processing performed along with FEA.Furthermore, factor on post-processed model compared model.Results revealed weight decreased 93.7%.This process carried out through computer simulation, it possible avoid separate prototyping evaluation.Furthermore, Through this research process, optimal extruded based results loads.During maximum strain stress satisfied yield condition material, proving structure.It believed can be used designing mobilty require engineering method.
