ABSTRACT
The object of our study is to evaluate the effect urban geometry on microclimate and outdoor thermal comfort. In this context, “the RayMan pro 2.1” software was adopted define UTCI index applying in hot arid climates, exactly, fabric Ksar Red Village, El Kantara Biskra city, Algeria, most efficient term summer comfort by studying real impacts form solar control microclimatic conditions. correlation between street estimated ratio H/L, sky view factor (SVF), its orientation evolution physical variables (Ta, MRT, Ws) values index. Significant relationships were found index, heat stress environments. results research have shown design strategies modifying conditions for spaces hot-arid climate.
