ABSTRACT
Background: The median nerve becomes trapped at the level of wrist in condition known as carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS), which has a substantial impact on hand functions. Objectives: To assess multimodal electrotherapy and flossing technique patients with chronic CTS pain intensity, pinch grip power, function status, symptom severity, sensory motor distal lantenies Design: A randomized controlled trial conducted single-blind technique. Methods: In this study, 51 female cases, aged 30-45, unilateral mild to moderate their dominant took part. They were divided into three groups random.Cases Group (the experimental group, n = 17) underwent (low-level laser therapy, interferential ultrasound) plus conventional including splint therapeutic exercises.Cases B obtained addition therapy.Cases C control got typical rehabilitative exercises wore splint.Every treatment session place days week for eight weeks.Measurements taken compare results before after treatment.Outcome measures: visual analog scale was utilized level, baseline hydraulic dynamometer used measure severity using Boston Carpal Tunnel Questionnaire, electromyography nerve's latencies. Results: There no significant difference between effects approach (group A) B) intensity strength, sensory, latencies. However, these turned out be more effective than traditional (Group C). e323 Multimodal versus syndrome:
