Trend and Profile of Spine Procedure in Rural Area: Four years’ Experience from A Single Tertiary Hospital in Klaten Regency, Indonesia

Introduction: In Indonesia, spine procedure including surgery was increasing in the current years. However, there a lack of data about it Indonesia as developing country. We collected and described all that had been done single center Klaten regency representative facilities at rural area settings. Method: This is retrospective study patients who were undergoing Department Neurosurgery Dr Soeradji Tirtonegoro Central Public hospital during period from January 2019 to December 2022. The number procedures recorded plotted pie chart bar diagram. consisting pathology spine, spinal level affected, type obtained medical records. Result: last four years, out 210 cases total, an pattern with degenerative condition being most common our cases. Lumbar region highly affected mainly consisted instrumentation. Conclusion: Even country has huge potency develop advanced procedures.
