ABSTRACT
The formation of leaf polarity directly determines the development spreading and type, affects physiological functions photosynthesis, transpiration stress resistance plants. Many famous Chinese teas are highly dependent on morphological characteristics size tea leaves. To date, there have been few reports establishment type development. plant-specific transcription factor YABBY family gene has reported to be involved in growth. Herein we describe isolation functional characterization genes plant (Camellia sinensis). Six factors were isolated from plants classified into five clusters protein phylogenetic tree. Among them, CsFILa CsFILb expressed buds mature petals, their expression decreased with stage Arabidopsis transgenic lines showed abaxial curled long-narrow above results indicated that regulated growth expansion rate picked shoots significantly after being plucked plants, especially those suffering drought stress. In this process, levels 60%−80% compared control. These data play important roles Camellia sinensis.
