ABSTRACT
Network Coding (NC) shows great potential in various communication scenarios through changing the packet forwarding principles of current networks. It can improve not only throughput, latency, reliability and security but also alleviates need coordination many cases. However, it is still controversial due to widespread misunderstandings on how exploit advantages it. The aim paper facilitate usage NC by $(i)$ explaining performance network (regardless existence any butterfly network), $(ii)$ showing Software Defined Networking (SDN) resolve crucial problems deployment orchestration elements, $(iii)$ providing a prototype architecture with measurement results our coding capable software router implementation compared fountain codes.
