ABSTRACT
Undisputedly, derivation of theoretical systematic uncertainties is an inseparable ingredient any robust analysis dealing with experimental data. However, it not uncommon, even for those analyses that use state the art methods and tools to suffer from insufficient statistics when comes simulated datasets used estimate uncertainties. This practically limits power, sometimes robustness analysis. In this paper, we present SysCalc, a code which able derive weights various important uncertainties, including related choice Parton Distribution Function sets scale choices. SysCalc utilizes central sample generated events thus, omitting need generating dedicated systematics datasets, only minimal added cost in terms computing resources. paper discuss working principles accompanied by validation plots. We also structure followed practical guide how tool.
