PanGeneHome is a web server dedicated to the analysis of available microbial pangenomes. For any prokaryotic taxon with at least three sequenced genomes, provides (i) conservation level genes, (ii) pangenome and core-genome curves, estimated size other metrics, (iii) dendrograms based on gene content average amino acid identity (AAI) for these (iv) functional categories metabolic pathways represented in core, accessory unique pools selected taxon. In addition, results different analyses can be compared set taxa. With availability 615 taxa, covering 182 species 49 orders, an easy way get glimpse group interest.
