ABSTRACT
The design of the project named CYGNO is presented. a new proposal supported by INFN, Italian National Institute for Nuclear Physics, within CYGNUs proto-collaboration (CYGNUS-TPC) that aims to realize distributed observatory in underground laboratories directional Dark Matter (DM) search and identification coherent neutrino scattering (CNS) from Sun. one first prototypes road map 100-1000 m^3 will be located at Laboratory Gran Sasso (LNGS), Italy, aiming make significant advances technology single phase gas-only time projection chambers (TPC) application detection rare events. In particular it focus on read-out technique based Micro Pattern Gas Detector (MPGD) amplification ionization visible light collection with sub-mm position resolution sCMOS (scientific COMS) camera. This type readout - conjunction fast allow hand reconstruct 3D direction tracks, offering accurate sensitivity source directionality and, other hand, high particle capability very useful distinguish nuclear recoils.
