ABSTRACT
Mobile edge caching (MEC) has been introduced to support ever-growing end-users' needs. To reduce the backhaul traffic demand and content delivery latency, cache-enabled servers at base stations (BSs) are employed provision popular contents network edge. In this paper, multiple-input-multiple-output (MIMO) operation user association policy linked underlying cache placement strategy ensure a good trade-off between load balancing taking into account wireless channel finite capacity servers. Due coupled interference among mobile stations, binary nature of matrices, resulting mixed-timescale mixed integer optimization problem is nonconvex NP-hard. solve problem, we decompose joint long-term sub-problem short-term sub-problem. A novel iterative algorithm by leveraging alternating direction method multipliers together with stochastic parallel successive convex approximation-based algorithm. The scheme enables all BSs update their variables in solving sequence subproblems. Simulation evaluation demonstrates efficiency our strategy.
