ABSTRACT
We revisited the problem of describing, on average, a fractal distribution matter using Lemaitre-Tolman-Bondi (LTB) solution. Here we study structure our local universe having dimension and scale transition, ensuring an homogeneous bang-time function. test model with latest type Ia supernova data, Pantheon compilation, discuss problems possible improvements for it, concluding that transition in LTB cosmology cannot be used to explain effects dark energy without requiring inhomogeneous big-bang, but it can useful structures at low scales.
