ABSTRACT
Recent advances in generative artificial intelligence (AI) have captured worldwide attention. Tools such as Dalle-2 and ChatGPT suggest that tasks previously thought to be beyond the capabilities of AI may now augment productivity creative media various new ways, including through generation synthetic video. This research paper explores utility using AI-generated video create viable educational content for online settings. To date, there is limited investigating real-world value media. address this gap, we examined impact an learning platform on both learners acquisition experience. We took a mixed-method approach, randomly assigning adult (n=83) into one two micro-learning conditions, collecting pre- post-learning assessments, surveying participants their The control condition included traditionally produced instructor video, while experimental with realistic character. results show conditions demonstrated significant improvement from (p<.001), no differences gains between (p=.80). In addition, were observed how perceived traditional videos. These findings videos potential substitute via methods settings, making high quality more accessible across globe.
