ABSTRACT
REBCO coated conductor is a high temperature superconductor that has wide range of applications, one which the current leads magnet systems. In design leads, it crucial to minimize their thermal conduction while maintain stable electrical conduction. Therefore, conductivity various tapes need be characterized and analyzed. this research, we measured in longitudinal direction from 4.2 200 K. Samples with Cu, Ag Ag-3at%Au stabilizers thicknesses were measured. The these was also by residual resistance ratio (RRR) measurements correlated results. We showed samples 10 micron or less Cu stabilizer, dominated much higher than Hastelloy substrate layer. addition, sample 3 stabilizer significantly lower silver stabilizer. It concluded promising for lead applications.
