A priori estimates for negative constant scalar curvature conformal metrics with positive constant boundary mean curvature

On a compact Riemannian manifold with boundary, we study the set of conformal metrics negative constant scalar curvature in interior and positive mean on boundary. Working case Yamabe invariant, prove that this is priori bounded three-dimensional locally conformally flat umbilical boundary any dimension not less than three.
