ABSTRACT
We have developed a novel data acquisition system for measuring tracking parameters of silicon detector in particle beam. The is based on commercial Analog-to-Digital VME module and PC Linux Data Acquisition System. This DAQ realized with C++ code using object-oriented techniques. Track the beam particles were reconstructed off-line analysis automatic position alignment algorithm. new was used to test Czochralski type detectors. important parameters, including signal size distributions noise distributions, successfully extracted from under study. efficiency measured be 95 %, resolution about 10 micrometers, ratio 10.
