This paper deals with the hybrid structural test technique which has been introduced and studied currently in Korea. In this study, a Mini-MOST system was developed as part of NEES research modified improved to reduce total simulation time half original system. Using proposed together 2 dimensional small steel frame specimen, validity efficiency is investigated.
