ABSTRACT
Primary liposarcomas of the female and male breasts are very rare. Heterologous differentiation in adipocytic tumors is also an exceedingly rare phenomenon, which occasionally reported literature. We describe case a 22 year-old who presented with relatively large left breast mass was clinically diagnosed as giant fibroadenoma, but histologically showed well differentiated liposarcoma evidence extensive chondroid differentiation. The mammographic radiological features correlated histopathological appearances together literature review comparison similar cases.
