ABSTRACT
Belousov-Zhabotinsky (BZ) reaction containing oxalic acid and acetone as a mixed organic substrate catalyzed by Ce(IV) in flow system has been investigated. The is analyzed varying rate, inflow concentrations, temperature. Interchangeable oscillating patterns are observed certain range of above or below the condition steady state obtained. increase temperature increases frequency decreases amplitude oscillations. apparent activation energy for calculated using Arrhenius equation, which means that greater effect on reaction. Bifurcation phase diagrams show region oscillations states along with small multistability. Further behavioral trend this discussed mechanistic character system.
