ABSTRACT
Activity that involves a personal computer is valuable modality for the rehabilitation of older adults. The therapist without specialized training, however, may have difficulty integrating use with adults chronic health problems impede such use. purpose this paper was to describe positioning, visual access, and input interfere access identify solutions by occupational therapist. Through review therapy adaptive literature, resources hardware, software, positioning devices are identified. Examples how activities can be integrated into existing nursing home, day-care, home-care programs provided. Recommendations made training limited experience computers technology.
