ABSTRACT
Neurofibromatosis is a systemic hereditary disorder with varied manifestations in bone, soft tissue, the nervous system and skin.Cutaneous of neurofibromatosis are characterized by café-au-lait macules, multiple neurofibromas, Lisch nodules intertriginous freckling.Some benign or malignant tumors such as juvenile xanthogranuloma, pheochromocytoma, melanoma can accompany neurofibromatosis.But, English literature, no case eccrine spiradenoma associated has been reported.Eccrine uncommon neoplasm skin adnexa.It presents painful, slow-growing solitary nodule on head upper trunk.Here, we report rare patient neurofibromatosis.(Ann Dermatol 22(2) 191∼193, 2010) -
