ABSTRACT
Lead Titanate PbTiO3, (PT) is technologically important ferroelectric and piezoelectric ceramics. To make the oxides PbO TiO2 are combined in a stoichiometric ratio. Solid-state reaction process was used to synthesize oxides. The calcination temperature 8500C. prepared sample has been characterized by XRD techniques with scanning rate of 6 degree per minutes. PbTiO3 shows crystalline nature, Tetragonal symmetry, as observed X –ray measurements. A electron microscope (SEM) examine surface morphology grain size obtained samples. Micrographs from SEM analysis revealed single phase well-defined grains.
