Osteoporosis (OP) is a metabolic disease characterized by the deterioration of microarchitecture and bone density, which related to fragility increased risk fractures. Many chronic diseases are an increase in mass loss, may be possible causes secondary osteoporosis. The main comorbidities that affect metabolism diabetes, thyroidopathies, inflammatory bowel disease, rheumatologic diseases, neoplasms renal failure. objective this study was analyze associated with patients osteoporosis Rheumatology service university hospital.
