ABSTRACT
Kidney neoplasms are common diseases with varying prognoses depending on the subtype of tumor. The most solid lesion kidney is renal cell carcinoma, and treatment typically surgical removal. With increasing use cross-sectional imaging in last two decades, detection lesions has significantly increased, especially asymptomatic patients who scanned for other reasons. In this article, we present findings rare benign primary including leiomyoma, reninoma, carcinoid tumor, metanephric adenoma, solitary fibrous tumor kidney, lipomatous hemangiopericytoma schwannoma, inflammatory myofibroblastic extramedullary hematopoiesis extranodal Rosai-Dorfman disease. Accurate preoperative or prebiopsy diagnoses these unusual; however, informed radiologists may sometimes be able to favorably change patient management treatment.
