Isolated Eustachian Tube Osteoma: Common Lesion in Uncommon Site

Isolated Eustachian tube osteomata are a very rare entity indeed, with the last case being reported in 1979. We describe of otoscopic finding blue-yellowish eardrum and successive identification by computed tomography scan an osteoma localized tube. Clinical presentation diagnostic therapeutic phases comparison literature will be discussed.
