The follow-up 51.2 20.6 months (range=24-95). flexion contracture significantly decreased from 17.6 11.3 1.7 2.8 degrees, maximum increased dramatically 55.6 20.5 109.2 16.2 degrees (P < 0.001). Statistical significant improvement continued up postoperatively 18 months. 22.7 2.4 points preoperatively 87.8 3.8 last cost coagulation factor consumption blood transfusion accounted 78% cost. This has shown that is an effective treatment relieving improving both ranges motion quality life managing arthropathy joint.Level IV, Therapeutic Study.
