ABSTRACT
The number of indications for total hip replacement (THR) and knee (TKR) surgery is increasing. Enhanced recovery after (ERAS) represents the next step in evolution standardised care. primary aim this study to measure in-hospital 30-day medical surgical postoperative complications rate. study's secondary aims are determine length stay, mortality rate, reoperation readmission rates, ERAS overall compliance predefined individual items compliance.This multicentre, prospective, observational will include adult patients (aged >18 years) undergoing elective THR TKR surgery. Consecutive within 2-month data collection period be included. Centres that offer and/or eligible participate. done through an online form via a secure, password-protected platform at each centre with fields.Ethical approval has been obtained from Comité de Ética la Investigación Comunidad Autónoma Aragón (C.P.-C.I.
