ABSTRACT
We aimed to investigate the effect of hemoglobin/prognostic nutritional index and hemoglobin/red blood cell distribution, which are indicators inflammation nutrition, on prognosis survival in patients with rectal cancer. The retrospective study reviewed medical records 138 cancer who were followed up between 2010 2021. The effects index, tumor stage, lymph node status evaluated using univariate multivariate analyses. Overall disease-free calculated for both groups.Survival found be significantly better nonanemic higher than cut-off value anemic a normal or lower index. Similarly, distribution distribution. The results indicated that nutrition inflammatory markers have independent prognostic significance cancer. These simple, inexpensive, useful biomarkers commonly used clinical practice, they predict overall independently.
