ABSTRACT
The left adrenal gland (LAG) is a common metastatic site in patients with non-small-cell lung cancer. In practice, staging mainly relies on radiologic studies and endoscopic ultrasound-guided fine-needle aspiration (EUS-FNA).Recently, new technique using convex probe-endobronchial ultrasound (CP-EBUS) scope through the esophagus (EUS-B) has been introduced.A complete mediastinal reach for upper-abdominal structures single session naturally attract attention. However, scientific data are not sufficient to clearly judge role of this cytological diagnosis lesions. Therefore, we present cases which our have undergone EUS-B LAG lesions increase literature regard accessibility, diagnostic performance, rate complications.
