ABSTRACT
This research paper describes a framework for building collaborative partnership in prison context. There is an increasing awareness of the added value partnerships research, but most academics and correctional institutions are not familiar with this methodology. Besides, demonstrates that participatory has potential to increase response rate realize better design. The establishment steering group professionals provided important participation forum. was responsible design, planning, implementation, coordination evaluation project. Prisoners were central figures providing information, giving feedback, etc. during whole process. article evaluates different methodological practical steps conducting research. Furthermore, ethical emotional challenges associated as well related considered. Conclusively, key factors discussed contributed success
