ABSTRACT
The aim of this research was to know the comparison total number bacteria in raw milk based on milking techniques. This used purposive sampling and 30 samples, 15 cows from Lucky Farm three traditional farmers Medowo Village, Kandangan District, Kediri Regency. All samples were tested using pour plate method Total Plate Count (TPC) test Veterinary Public Health Laboratory Medicine Faculty, Universitas Airlangga Surabaya. existing data will be processed with Kolmogorov normality Independent T-test. result served tables. conducted January February 2022. showed that there are some have a meet predetermined standards, but other do not standards SNI according 7388:2009 which is 1 x 106 CFU/ml. average machine-milked sample 3.5 105 CFU/ml, while conventionally milked 2.9 results analysis T-test significant difference machine conventional (p<0.05).
