ABSTRACT
Indium oxide (In 2 O 3 ) has been employed for gas sensors as an important candidate. Here we demonstrated the sensitive based on In quantum dots synthesized via solvetheramal methodology.A room-temperature films deposition was utilized sensor fabrication, followed by Cu salt surface ligand exchange with a moderate annealing treatment. The CQD-based exhibited excellent H S-sensing performance response up to 90 upon 5 ppm S fast and recovery time being 72 s 200 at low operating temperature of 37 °C.Their properties combined low-temperature fabrication operation, rendering devices amenable rapid detection lower power consumption in practical application.
