ABSTRACT
Pulmonary valve stenosis (PS) and secundum type atrial septal defect (ASD) are common forms of congenital heart disease. While traditional treatment for PS ASD is open surgery, percutaneous both diseases widely used with high rates success lower complication. However, the combination in same patient relatively rare, optimal strategy debated. We performed consecutive balloon pulmonary valvuloplasty occlusion a young adult severe associated ASD.
