ABSTRACT
This article focuses on the reduction of graphene oxides using different reductants and conditions systematically varying chemical physical structure, surface topography chemistry film thickness reduced oxide (rGO) films, with a focus how these influence property most interest: electrical conductivity. The process restores to graphene-like improving conductivity while creating changes such as increased roughness, new functionality. Films smooth surfaces minimal thicknesses have been shown possess higher There minor in d-spacing improvements crystal perfection orientation could be concluded from XRD patterns. Through XPS analysis, significant decrease amount oxygen functional groups at has noticed films get thinned.
