ABSTRACT
Transformational leadership is one of the factors that can affect quality employee work life through cooperation and collaboration. This style emphasizes decision division tasks according to strengths weaknesses each employee. The data in this study were collected interviews documentation from several lecturers who teach at universities South Kalimantan. results indicate transformational aspects ability, character, influence, experience, commitment, salary social status, development. In addition, some challenges faced by implementing system include adjusting views, high time effort required, complexity structure hierarchy university. implementation considered important development students accordance with vision mission they have goals want achieve. ABSTRAKKepemimpinan transformasional merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kualitas kehidupan kerja karyawan melalui sama dan kolaborasi. Gaya kepemimpinan ini menekankan keputusan pembagian tugas sesuai dengan kelebihan kekurangan setiap karyawan. Data pada penelitian dikumpulkan wawancara dokumentasi dari beberapa dosen mengajar di universitas tinggi Kalimantan Selatan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa aspek kemampuan, karakter kerja, pengaruh, pengalaman komitmen, gaji status sosial, serta perkembangan. Selain itu, tantangan dihadapi perguruan dalam implementasi sistem antara lain adalah penyesuaian pandangan, tingginya waktu upaya diperlukan, rumitnya struktur hierarki tinggi. Implementasi dianggap penting perkembangan mahasiswa visi misi dimiliki tujuan ingin dicapai.
