This study aimed to investigate the relationship between severity and inflammation parameters. Method: retrospective was performed via electronic health records an drug treatment center August-2021 August-2022. One hundred forty-one inpatients with use disorder 134 controls were enrolled. Sociodemographic, clinical, biochemical data of participants collected. Results: The patients control group similar age, gender, educational status. patients’ had higher levels neutrophils lower lymphocytes than group. Neutrophil-to-lymphocyte (NLR) monocyte-to-lymphocyte ratio (MLR) positively correlated NLR levels, MLR amount daily alcohol, years heavy Conclusion: are inexpensive easily accessible markers used estimate severity.
