ABSTRACT
The present study tends to investigate the key aspects needed for employees become productive within theorganization. Performance usually represents output of through two major indicators i.e. punctualityand dedication. These are deemed as significant contributors overall job performance. studycontributes in exploring effects family commitments on punctuality and dedication theirjobs. Familial bond is considered a societal relationship effecting human resources from variousperspectives. Different studies conducted understand work-family conflicts their employees’efficiency well effectiveness. revealed that influenced bydifferent factors, where ‘environment at home’ found factor.
