ABSTRACT
This study aims to discover the various entrepreneurial motives driving Peruvian women’s decision become entrepreneurs rather than workers under conceptual framework of push-pull theory. For this study, researchers conducted an exploratory cross-sectional investigation determine what factors are most likely encourage women establish their businesses in home country. Semi-structured interviews were utilizing face-to-face technique. Additionally, snowball sampling approach was used identify possible focus group participants. Among choices, personal growth, social mission, and interpersonal relationships influential factors. Although financial motivation is important factor for female entrepreneurs, it isn’t primary driver. A larger sample required be generalizable. Because have one highest rates activity globally, country’s economy might undergo a significant transformation if these given adequate assistance.
