ABSTRACT
Lithium sulfur (Li-S) battery has higher theoretical and experimental specific energy. There- fore, Li-S is the most capable energy storage option for electrical vehicles power grid. However, it life cycle issue to prevent its usage in vehicles. need im- prove order work with current applications. complex chemistry process discharge charge cell. The cost manufacturing of batteries will be one biggest challenge commercial transformation from research development stage. Oxis Energy developing past 10 years they have goal price US$250/kWh by 2020 high volumes more cheaper compare lithium-ion battery.
